Let's Play – by Kate Kendall

“You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.” – Plato

Yoga, in it’s purest and simplest of forms, it’s perfect and always will be. But maybe I’m biased.

In its more contemporary forms there’s room for adventure, exploration and play.

In addition to our already existing fusions classes, this year, I’m committed to helping you explore your practice, have fun with it, find the methods that light up your every cell and inspire you to move, stretch, breath and feel good.

This February we’re pumped to have the wonderful Daniel Scott, straight from San Francisco and teaching alongside me at Wanderlust, Cockatoo Island, at Flow Athletic for an AcroYoga Masterclass.

A globally renowned ashtanga-vinyasa teacher and Certified Level 2 AcroYoga instructor, Daniel, he tells me, enjoys barefoot running, street art, good coffee, large quantities, and great qualities.

A regular contributor to Huffington Post and Mind Body Green Essentially a blend of yoga, healing arts and acrobatics, Daniel gives you more on his take of AcroYoga here.

I’m beyond excited to get him in to the studio to meet you all and share his enthusiasm, fun approach and passion for AcroYoga. Read more about and book your tickets to his masterclass at Flow here.

Hope you’re all enjoying your start to 2015. See you in the studio soon!
