Let off some steam! Balancing the fire + water elements through Ayurveda.

This is a series of workshops perfectly timed to balance excess in the doshas (the 3 vital bioenergies that circulate in the body and in nature). Excesses accumulate in the weeks that follow a season. End of summer is Pitta (fire + water).

The workshop includes discussion, personal dosha diagnosis and an asana class suited to this time of year.

Discover your personal constitution and how it’s affected by the seasons, both physically and psychologically. Simple tools to tweak your practices, keeping you aligned with natures cycles and balancing your own unique expression within nature.
