Perfect for the time poor wanting to pack more into their valuable workout regime, expect to sweat and stretch like never before.


A 45 min session on the bike for those who want to bump up or maintain their cardio fitness. This class is for all levels. Led by one of our experienced riders, this is indoor cycling at it’s best.


30mins Spin / 30 Mins Strength. Blitz out your cardio & strength training with this winning combination.


45min hi-intensity cardio boxing & body weight resistance training exercise. Great for boosting metabolism, aiding weight loss and heart health.

Our outdoor bootcamp fuses functional resistance training with cardiovascular conditioning in the beautiful surrounds of Centennial Park. Athletes meet in front of the park’s main restaurant/café, near the corner of Parkes Drive and Grand Drive.
