Choose from over 15 different class styles including: Yoga, Barre, Spin, Boxing & Strength classes. Outdoor Boot Camp Classes are also held at Centennial Park.

Our Flow Philosophy is intended to create a complete and well balanced workout and itโ€™s working for hundreds of people in the community. We take care of minds and bodies and do it all in a way thatโ€™s approachable, fun and sustainable.
